We are looking for a responsible person to monitor and analyze DLP tool events (Levels 1 & 2) to detect and prevent potential data leaks. The role included investigating incidents, managing access and exceptions, and supporting the implementation and testing of new DLP policies.

Working closely with the control manager to optimize detection rules and handle communication with business entities to ensure compliance and resolve backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alerts generated by DLP solutions (such as Symantec DLP, Forcepoint, Mc
  Afee, etc. )
• Investigate suspicious behavior related to data movement (emails, uploads, printing, copying to USB devices, etc. )
• Create and adjust rules that define potential data leakage scenarios
• Define which types of data are considered sensitive (e. G. , national ID numbers, banking information, intellectual property, customer data)
• Act promptly in the event of policy violations or attempted data leaks
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and HR teams during investigations
• Generate periodic reports on incidents and compliance with regulations (LGPD, GDPR, HIPAA, etc. )
• Support internal and external audits with relevant data and evidence

Qualifications

• Experience of at least one year with the mentioned responsibilities
• English (Mandatory) - Expert
• French (Mandatory) - Mastery
