We are looking for a DLP Project Manager to join an international program focused on the rollout and coordination of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) initiatives at group level.

This role requires strong stakeholder coordination, clear communication, and
-
- end project management, from requirements definition to deployment and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the DLP project rollout, including technical implementation and communications
• Coordinate actions between multiple stakeholders (IT, Security, Business teams)
• Integrate business teams throughout all project phases (needs definition, validation, deployment)
• Communicate DLP project status through committees, Share
  Point, emails, and other channels
• Support DLP teams in understanding and implementing
  - level DLP requirements
• Proactively propose improvements to existing or new DLP measures
• Report on the deployment and coverage of DLP controls
• Act as a point of contact for DLP platforms, CISOs, and DPOs

Main Tasks

• Plan and manage all project phases and rollout activities
• Ensure delivery of all related documentation (procedures,
  - user communications, knowledge base)
• Provide ongoing support to DLP teams during group implementation
• Define and monitor KPIs and indicators for DLP coverage and progress
• Ensure all stakeholders are informed and aware of their responsibilities within the project

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Data Loss Prevention
• General knowledge of IT, Information Security, and regulatory frameworks
• Understanding of technical and application architecture principles
• Ability to assess data, IT systems, and cybersecurity risks and align them with regulations
• Knowledge of development and process automation
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI

Language Skills

• English – mandatory (advanced / fluent)
• French – a strong plus

Hybrid Work: 2/3x a week in the office (Lisbon/Porto)
