We are in search of a D&M (Deployment & Maintenance) Project manager to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role,
- 'll play a crucial role in taking ownership of critical projects related to country launch, infrastructure setup, and deployment execution in the UK. You will also help in ensuring operational readiness, coordinating local rollout, and bridging execution between engineering, partners, and our internal teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage D&M projects primarily for the UK market, while also supporting initiatives in other countries when needed;
• Work closely with our local deployment and maintenance teams, as well as
  - functional teams (Ops, Tech, D&M), to ensure smooth execution and alignment with overall operational goals;
• Drive
  - impact initiatives that support strategic business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes;
• Prepare clear and structured documentation, including business requirements, technical specifications, and project reports;
• Act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring alignment, timely updates, and issue resolution;
• Identify risks and blockers early, escalating with actionable mitigation plans to ensure project continuity;
• Support change management efforts, facilitating the adoption of new processes or tools across teams;
• Conduct
  - project reviews to assess outcomes, capture lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Deep operational knowledge of the UK market;
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Deployment, Expansion, Business Strategy, or similar roles;
• Availability to travel to countries where we operate may be required, depending on project needs;
• Proven experience managing
  - functional,
  - based, or hardware/software deployment projects;
• Strong organizational and planning skills, able to work under tight deadlines;
• Proficient with tools like Notion, Jira, Confluence, and Miro;
• Proven track record in process improvement and change management;
• Strong
  - solving mindset with high autonomy and ownership;
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and structured execution;
• Tech-savvy and constantly exploring new tools or solutions;
• Ability to work in a
  - paced environment that is continuously changing.

It would be great if you would also have:

• Experience in startups or
  - ups, particularly in launching new markets, geographies, or services;
• Experience working with hardware products or field deployment (installations, logistics, site readiness);
• Familiarity with
  - mile delivery, smart lockers, or parcel infrastructure;
• Knowledge of UK-specific regulations relevant to deployment (e. g. health & safety, site access, local permits);
• Demonstrable achievements in process optimization and/or project management, such as significant cost savings or efficiency improvements across multiple departments;
