About the Position

We’re looking for a Senior Manual Tester to join a challenging project in the international telco sector. The role involves testing solutions for STB (Set-Top Box) and OTT (Over-the-Top) platforms, while working closely with
- functional teams. You’ll help define testing strategies, lead QA efforts, and ensure product quality in a dynamic,
- paced environment.

Required Technical Skills

• STB (Set-Top Box) and OTT technologies – Proven
  - on experience (Required)
• Manual testing – Strong experience in test design, execution, and defect management (Required)
• QA Leadership – Experience leading or mentoring QA teams
• English – Fluency in spoken and written communication (Required)

Desired Soft Skills

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail (Required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills (Preferred)
• Ability to thrive in
  - paced, agile environments (Preferred)

Requirements

• Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or similar
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles
• Experience defining testing strategies and collaborating with stakeholders
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and international team settings

Offered Conditions

• Salary: Around €1, 500 - €1, 700 net (depending on experience)
• Work model: Hybrid – 2 to 3 days per week onsite in Lisbon
• Contract: B2B available
