Document Controller Location: Sines, Portugal (Onsite) Type: Permanent Salary: €40 - 55K DOE

Our client, a leading international construction company , is hiring a Document Controller to support two major projects in Sines - a
- edge data centre and a cable landing station .

You'll play a key role in managing project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and traceability across all stages of delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to join a
- class engineering and construction team delivering
- critical infrastructure in Portugal.

• Manage and control project documentation, drawings, and records.
• Maintain document management systems and ensure version control.
• Liaise with engineers, QA/QC, and subcontractors to ensure accurate information flow.
• Track document reviews and coordinate approvals.
• Support the project team in preparing handover and
  - out documentation.
  
  

• 3+ years' experience as a Document Controller in construction or engineering projects .

• Familiar with Aconex, Asite, or Share
  Point .

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Fluent in English ;
  
  
  
  Portuguese is an advantage.

• Based in or willing to relocate to Sines, Portugal .
