We’re looking for a Documentation Analyst to join our team.

This role sits at the heart of
- trade and risk control activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of trades executed by the business. You’ll work closely with Front Office, Legal, Compliance, and other support teams, contributing to a smooth and
- controlled trade lifecycle in a
- paced international environment.

? What you’ll do:

• Support
  - trade documentation and confirmation processes across a range of financial products.
• Review trades and related documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support timely issue resolution.
• Contribute to meeting regulatory and operational deadlines.
• Interact with clients and internal stakeholders on
  - related topics.
• Support daily operational processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong working relationships with teams across multiple locations and functions.

? Technical skills you’ll bring:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of financial instruments and markets, particularly derivatives.
• Understanding of trade lifecycle and
  - trade processes.
• Ability to work with structured documentation and control frameworks.
• Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment is a plus.

? Language skills:

• French – Fluent / Native (mandatory)
• English – Fluent
• Dutch is a strong plus.
