As 1GLOBAL expands into new markets, it's critical for us to maintain compliance in these new jurisdictions. This position entails planning, provisioning, testing and managing software that is used to meet regulatory requirements for lawful interception requests. You will collaborate with 1GLOBAL engineers and the Legal, Regulatory, Security and Technology teams to develop
- specific solutions, manage and test the entire software lifecycle, and ensure alignment on Lawful Intercept and compliance projects. Additionally, you will oversee multiple projects, communicate with national authorities to translate legal requirements into scalable solutions, and perform as a subject matter expert for Lawful Intercept within the company. Key Responsibilities- Engage with the all stakeholders (internal and external) to determine the technical and processual requirements, risks, technical impacts to understand the best solution for each
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and provide regular updates on schedule and deliverables to senior
- Take ownership of the conversation with national authorities with respects to turning their legal requirements into actionable, scalable, and sustainable
- Design of new Lawful Interception integrations for the different lawful enforcement agencies in all the different MVNOs and
- Collaborate and create processes, together with Legal, Security and Regulatory teams, applicable to security and compliance of lawful intercept
- Act as the technical point of contact for all engineering and integration issues relating to Lawful Intercept projects and create alignment across all
- Drive the complete lifecycle of the relevant software, including testing with various law enforcement agencies around the
- Collaborate with lawful interception operational processes and
- Collaborates with technical teams in defining reliable, modular, scalable, compliance centric solutions, as well as planning and reviewing
- Design and present solutions in documents and workshops. For the solution identifies the impacts, efforts and the resources
- Market prospection of new solutions through elaboration and analysis of Request for Information/Proposal/Quotation processes and negotiation with potential
- Follow up of new technology trends in the Telecom industry and identifying interesting solutions for the lawful interception
- Definition and follow up of company technological evolution
- Documents the existing technology portfolio and proposes recommendations for improvements and/or
- Ensure and control quality of documentation execution (HLD’s, LLD’s, Changes, etc. )- Ensure and control implementation quality, including software upgrades. Understanding of end to end system testing requirements in a compliance
- Ensure the network is compliant with industry standards and regulations with regards to lawful
- Capacity and Performance Analysis, Reporting and Improvement Solution Definition- Reaches out to other teams and works towards alignment and overall continuous improvement
Requirements
Must Have- Degree in Telecom Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
- English proficiency mandatory, other languages are a
- Excellent understanding of Mobile Networks and its
- Experience with MVNO architecture(s) and landscape. Familiar with roaming environment, including its technical, commercial and regulatory
- Experience in lawful interception frameworks (ETSI, CALEA, etc. ) and standards in mobile
- Experience with lawful intercept gateways, mediation and delivery
- Experience with service interception in Core Network functions (CS and PS Voice, SMS/MMS, Data)- Experience with interception in 5G Core Mobile Networks- Experience with lawful interception procedures and associated
- Experience in communications with telecom regulators and lawful enforcement agencies and sensitivity of such
- Experience with LTE, 5G, IMS, IP technologies and
- Solid knowledge of networking principles & protocols, including
- Experience in writing High Level Designs and Low Level Designs, and presenting internal and external
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and protocols in Mobile Networks- Proactive attitude, anticipating problems and addressing them before they cause
- Ability to work in complex environments (multi-cultural/multi-country/geographically distributed teams)- High attention to detail. Doesn't leave things to be addressed or left
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have- Business oriented, capable to engage and discuss with non technical persons in order to create technical
- Experience in setting up VPNs across multiple diverse
- Experience in generating and revoking security
- Experience with Legal and Regulatory processes of
- Security accreditations and
- +8 years working on telecoms, designing and implementing mobile core network services
