O Grupo Hoteleiro PHC Hotels está a recrutar para a sua Unidade Convent Square Lisbon Hotel em Lisboa: Doorman (M/F).

Responsabilidades

• Profession with a positive, dynamic and proactive attitude.
• First impressions are everything. When guests arrive at our hotels, we want that impression to be memorable. The same applies to departures.
• Ensure guests leave with a smile and the sense that we were there for them throughout their stay.
• Build a memorable and unique experience from start to finish.
• Lobby ambassador duties: focus on the art of welcoming; greet guests and clients at the entrance, facilitate their departure and access to transport vehicles; indicate reception areas; cooperate in general concierge services; monitor entry and exit of persons and goods; provide guidance to guests during arrival and departure; act autonomously within the space; handle operational needs or guest requests, fill reports or share city highlights; ensure all interactions are part of the experience.

Requisitos

• Technical/professional training in Hotel Management or Accommodation Techniques.
• Previous professional experience in international hotel chains.
• English language mastery (required).
• Ability to work, plan and organise.
• Positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Availability and scheduling flexibility.
