Job Title: Operate Lead – Enterprise Applications (Lisbon, Portugal)
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid Model)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operate Lead to oversee the troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of enterprise
- based and Saa
S applications, primarily built on Microsoft technologies. This role requires a proactive leader who can serve as the primary point of contact for our customer in Lisbon, drive incident and change management, and lead a small remote team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to deliver the Incident, Service Req, Change, Problem, Preventive & Corrective action Management services and Enhancement Services for applications in scope of the contract
- Work allocation and provide guidance to Operate team (technical / process etc. , )
- Follow up with Operate teams to identify and resolve problems with the Local applications
- Vendor coordination in the case of application issues and upgrades e. SLA / KPI management and reporting related to Operate services
- Provide timely communication to users, Country IT and Shared Country Lead regarding all aspects of the Operate services
- Ensure provision of application and related business process specific input & assessment to assist the Incident Management Team when drafting major outage communications to the relevant business users
- Identify and implement service improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of
- on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining enterprise
- based/on-prem/Saa
S applications. - Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies: C#, . NET, SQL Server.
- Experience with integration platforms (Bizagi, Boomi, Power Automate, etc. ) will be added advantage.
- Proven track record in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring small teams.
- Excellent communication and
- facing skills. - Familiarity with ITIL processes; certification is a plus.
