We are seeking a Downstream Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our downstream process development and optimization. This role requires a strong background in Biological or Chemical Engineering.

Tasks

- Plan and support the execution of
- scale trials to test different DSP technologies for
-
- concept and process optimization

- Collaborate in the development of analytical protocols to support pilot trials

- Support the conceptual development and optimization of our processes

- Perform mass and energy balances of our complete processes to support
- economic and LCA analysis

- Develop mechanistic models to describe the operation of different DSP units

Requirements

• You have an academic degree in Biological Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• You have 3+ years of experience in
  - or chemical industry (proven working and academic experience is also accepted)
• Experience with process simulation tools is a plus (e. g. , Aspen Plus, g
  PROMS)
• You love bringing structure and efficiency to a dynamic and
  - paced startup environment.
• You have a

• You are passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of a

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
