We are looking for an educator who not only excels in delivering
- quality instruction but is also eager to build a thriving,
- respected department.

Key Responsibilities

• Create
  - appropriate lesson plans incorporating drama techniques, storytelling, improvisation, and performance skills.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and respectful behaviour.
• Teach students various drama skills, including voice projection, body language, character development, and stage presence.
• Organise and direct school plays, dramas, and performances, involving students in all aspects of production, including acting, set design, and costumes.
• Assess students' progress through formative and summative assessments, provide constructive feedback, and track their development.
• Establish open and regular communication with parents and guardians to update them on student progress and involve them in school drama events.
• Stay current with developments in drama education, attend workshops or training sessions, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices.
