The program will have a duration of 4 months, starting in February 2026, and will allow students to define and accomplish certain
- focused goals and take part in other activities at BNP Paribas' offices.

Our BNP Paribas Mentors are professionals with leadership and management experience from various areas. Through our special "Match & Pair" technique, you will be paired with a Mentor that matches your interests and future professional goals, making this experience even more meaningful.

What do you need to get onboard?

• Be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• Be motivated and want to expand your knowledge
• Have great communication skills and be open to new ideas
• Proficiency in English (both oral and written)
