- term project in Portugal for a duration of 3 months. The role involves field testing, RF data collection, and assisting optimization teams with network performance insights. The position requires frequent travel across different regions within Portugal. A company car will be provided for testing activities.

• Location: Portugal (various regions)
• Contract Type: 3-Month Project-Based Contract

Responsibilities

• Conduct mobile network drive tests using tools such as TEMS, Nemo or similar
• Analyze KPIs such as RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, RSCP, etc.
• Log and report network issues observed during tests
• Collaborate with optimization teams by providing accurate field data and observations
• Follow assigned drive test routes and ensure safe, responsible driving at all times

Requirements

• 1–3 years of
  - on experience in RF/Drive Testing
• Familiarity with drive test tools (e. g. , TEMS Investigation, Nemo Outdoor)
• Understanding of mobile communication technologies and KPIs
• Ability to drive; valid EU/international driving license preferred
• Able to travel and work independently across various Portuguese regions
• Fluent in English (Portuguese or other European languages are a plus)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Actix, TEMS Discovery, or other
  - processing tools
• Basic knowledge of Python, Excel Macros, or automation scripting
• Familiarity with 5G NR architecture and testing
