Drone Repair Technician
HPDRONES, the leading enterprise drone company in the Iberian market, is seeking a Drone Repair Technician with strong management, organizational, and leadership skills to strengthen and shape our technical department.
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain high‐tech drones.
- Perform post‐repair testing and calibration to ensure quality and performance.
- Manage warranty processes and communicate repair status to clients.
- Organize and optimize the workspace, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and efficiency best practices.
- Handle inventory and order technical materials, ensuring proper entry of parts into the system.
- Register equipment entry and exit in the internal management system.
- Lead and structure technical processes as the team grows.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma (minimum);
preference for trainingin Electronics, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
- Fluent technical English (required);
Spanish is a plus.
- Organizational and leadership skills.
- Proactive and autonomous problem‐solving.
- Attention to detail and precision in execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and team.
- Passion for drone technology and continuous learning.
- Team player mentality.
- Immediate availability for full‐time work.
- Driver's license (valued).
