Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator, you’ll play a key role in reviewing
- generated content to ensure it aligns with community and platform guidelines. Your attention to detail and strong sense of fairness will be essential in promoting a secure and supportive online environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review a wide range of content (text, images, videos, links) to ensure compliance with moderation policies

• Apply platform guidelines consistently and with sound judgment

• Handle user appeals with empathy, clarity, and professionalism

• Collaborate with internal teams to uphold content integrity and safety

• Monitor behavioral trends to identify and address emerging risks

• Provide feedback on tools and workflows to improve moderation effectiveness

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
• Proficiency in English (B2 level)
• EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
• Desire to learn and advance in the field
