Your role: Dutch Customer Support

Our client is a leading gaming brand known for home video game consoles and production.

As a customer service specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Responding efficiently to customer inquiries within set timescales
2. Maintaining technical knowledge of the client’s products and services
3. Handling correspondence as required
4. Logging calls accurately and following procedures
5. Updating administrative forms
6. Recognizing when to transfer issues to other departments or senior staff

Requirements:

• Proficient in Dutch (C1 level)
• Intermediate English skills (B1 level)
• Customer service experience preferred
• Calm and professional demeanor
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proactive and independent work approach
• Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs
• Adaptability to changing procedures
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• EU citizenship or valid work permit
• Willing to relocate to Portugal or be a local candidate
