Your future role: join our Dutch Customer Advisor team.
As a customer advisor specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing first contact resolutions to customer queries
- Offering specialized support through written and phone communication
- Building meaningful relationships by answering customer questions courteously, friendly, and professionally
- Meeting and exceeding customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
- Creating memorable customer experiences that clients value and that we are proud of
- Following management directions and providing feedback
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native or proficient level of Dutch (C2)
- Advanced level of English (at least C1), both verbal and written
- Excellent communication skills, including phone conversations, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills with keen attention to detail - A desire to learn, grow, and investigate solutions
- Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
- Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal
