Your future role: join our Dutch Customer Advisor team.

As a customer advisor specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing first contact resolutions to customer queries
• Offering specialized support through written and phone communication
• Building meaningful relationships by answering customer questions courteously, friendly, and professionally
• Meeting and exceeding customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
• Creating memorable customer experiences that clients value and that we are proud of
• Following management directions and providing feedback

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Native or proficient level of Dutch (C2)
• Advanced level of English (at least C1), both verbal and written
• Excellent communication skills, including phone conversations, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills with keen attention to detail
• A desire to learn, grow, and investigate solutions
• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal
