As a customer service specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers by answering questions about products and services via phone and email
- Providing solutions by identifying issues and troubleshooting with available resources
- Building meaningful relationships by responding courteously, friendly, and professionally
- Meeting and exceeding service quality goals, compliance standards, and productivity targets
- Creating memorable experiences that customers value and that make us proud
- Following management directions and providing feedback
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native or proficient level of Dutch (C2)
- Advanced level of English (at least C1), both verbal and written
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills with keen attention to detail - A desire to learn, grow, and be curious about resolving issues
- Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
- Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to sunny Lisbon, Portugal
