Job Description:

We are looking for Dutch customer support for a Customer Support Position in Lisbon. If you are looking for stability, to work in a

Requirements

1. Native or
   - native Dutch
2. A good level of written and spoken English (B2-C1)
3. Team player and
   - minded
4. Good knowledge of computer tools
5. Excellent oral and written communication and argumentation skills
6. Proactive, dynamic and motivated
7. Non-European candidates need a work permit

Responsibilities

1. Ensure quality service by responding to customer inquiries by phone, chat, and/or
   - mail
2. Provide active listening and empathy
3. Support and manage customer issues
4. Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to various customer requests

Unfixed contract (CDI), private health and dental insurance, great possibility of career progression, and work stability.

Relocation package (only for candidates with relocation needs): Up to 200 € for your travel ticket (after 3 months) and up to 360 € for accommodation per month for the first 6 months (reimbursed).
