Responsibilities

• Provide first contact resolution to customer queries
• Offer support via written and phone communication
• Build meaningful relationships with customers, answering questions courteously and professionally
• Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance, and productivity targets
• Create a positive customer experience that reflects our values
• Follow management directions and provide feedback

Requirements

• Native or proficient Dutch (C2 level)
• Advanced English skills (C1 or higher), both verbal and written
• Excellent communication skills, attentive listening, and strong writing skills
• Analytical and
  - solving abilities with attention to detail
• Desire to learn and develop professionally
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and work onsite
