We are looking for Dutch-speaking customer support agents for a Customer Support Position in Lisbon.

Requirements:

• Native or
  - native Dutch proficiency
• Good level of written and spoken English (B2-C1)
• Team player and

• Good knowledge of computer tools
• Excellent communication and argumentation skills
• Proactive, dynamic, motivated
• Non-European candidates need a valid work permit

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email ensuring quality service
• Practice active listening and show empathy
• Support and resolve customer issues
• Provide personalized recommendations and solutions
