Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and functional support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Suggest improvements to enhance product and service usage.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the customer experience.
- Monitor and report trends and recurring issues.
Requirements
- Native Dutch and fluent English (B2)
- Ability to understand and solve technical issues
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support is a plus
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
