The Offer- Receive and reply to customer requests via online chats, emails, and incoming calls;

- Guide customers through the terms and conditions of the contract;

- Offer additionalhelp or support;
- Record notes on every interaction to provide the best customer experience. Requirements- Fluent in Dutch, proficient in English;
