Job Description:

Customer advisor for a social networking company in Lisbon. Do you find social media interesting and do you speak Dutch? Then we have a cool job for you! We are looking for Dutch speakers to provide quality customer support on behalf of a large social networking company. Responsibilities:

1. Process requests from new and existing clients (small and
   - sized businesses) by phone, email, and live chat.
2. Independently and proactively provide solutions to clients.
3. Advise, train, and support clients before and after service purchases.
4. Resolve technical problems and answer questions about services and products.

Your Profile:

1. You are fully proficient in Dutch and fluent in English (B2).
2. You are available from Monday to Sunday with shifts (rotational).
3. You have a passion for social media.
