Job Description:

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a Dutch Customer Service Agent for one of the top electronics companies in the industry. In this key role, you will provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to electronic products, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience. Your responsibilities include managing product questions, warranty claims, and technical support inquiries. Responsibilities

• Deliver
  - quality customer service in Dutch for inquiries related to a range of electronic products.
• Assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Manage warranty claims and facilitate product returns or exchanges.
• Document customer interactions and troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex problems.
• Stay informed about the company's product offerings, features, and industry trends.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve product and service quality.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics or tech industry is preferred.
• Strong technical understanding and a passion for electronic products.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and provide solutions promptly.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong
  - solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
