Your Job

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support clients with their insurance questions by phone and email.

Your Tasks

• Help with policy cancellations
• Support insurance brokers with their inquiries
• Handle emails and incoming/outgoing calls
• Stay calm and professional when dealing with customer concerns

• Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken
• Friendly and clear communication
• Problem-solving mindset
• Active listening and attention to detail
