We are looking for Dutch native speakers OR fluent in English (B2) to work as a Customer Service representative in a call center environment in Lisbon, Portugal. Our client is the European leader in travel experiences.

Mission of the project:

• Act as a Travel Advisor
• Help customers manage their bookings and resolve any problems or queries they may have
• Provide general information about products and services available
• Counsel customers regarding the company’s services
• Find the best solution for your customers' needs
• Availability to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, from 8 am to 8 pm
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Experience in customer service is preferable
• For
  - EU applicants, it is mandatory to hold a valid work permit or an EU Passport
• A renewable 6-month contract (CDD) from day one with the possibility of eventual CDI
• Full-time job (40 hours weekly)
• Free training for all necessary software and product knowledge + continued training and development
• Base salary + monthly performance bonus + daily meal allowance + monthly transportation allowance + 2 extra salaries per year
