We are currently seeking a Dutch Customer Service Representative to join a leading multinational company in Maia.

Working schedule: Monday to Friday, hybrid regime.

This role involves supporting customers and ensuring smooth sales flow, with the main goal of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

1. Daily communication with customers to support their purchases and requests;
2. Developing
   - term relationships with customers;
3. Managing customer inquiries in cooperation with internal departments;
4. Handling invoicing, claims management, and analyzing key indicators;
5. Document management and archiving.

Requirements to embark on this role:

• Fluency in English and Dutch (mandatory)
• Experience in customer management and support
• Computer skills and adaptability
• Dynamism, proactivity, positive energy, and team spirit
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  - focused attitude

• Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
