Dutch Customer Service Representative in Lisbon

Role Overview
This
- time position focuses on delivering outstanding assistance to our Dutch customer base. You will be responsible for handling inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance policies and claims via phone, email, and chat. While previous experience in customer service or insurance is a plus, comprehensive training will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for driven newcomers. All necessary work equipment will be supplied by the company.
Key Requirements
- Language Skills: You must be fluent in Dutch and have working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Work Eligibility: Candidates must possess current valid documentation for working in Portugal, which includes EU Citizenship, a Residency Card (valid for over one year), or a Refugee Card.
Job Details and Schedule
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal (This is an
- based role). - Start Date: January 8, 2026.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, utilizing rotational shifts that fall between 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Time Off: You will enjoy guaranteed weekends off. Bank holidays are part of the rotational schedule.
