The Offer:

• Online chatting,

• Recognizing theclient's issue and resolving it through investigation;
  
  
  
  
• Keeping arecord of every action and classifying situations and potential faults;
  
  
  
  
• Creating and assisting with accounts, reviewing and uploading videos, and channel upkeep.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch, proficient in English;
  
  
  
  
• A minimumof 1 year experience in customer support;
  
  
  
  
• Treat alldata with utmost confidentiality.
