Responsibilities:
- Provide live support to clients via calls, emails, and
- person interactions. - Help clients optimize their use of
- service products and advertising solutions. - Analyze customer requests and offer practical solutions.
Contribute to team initiatives to improve overall client satisfaction and service quality.
- Native-level Dutch and fluent English (B2)
- Previous experience in customer support or client service preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, diplomatic, and
- focused - EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal
