Responsibilities:

• Provide live support to clients via calls, emails, and

• Analyze customer requests and offer practical solutions.

Contribute to team initiatives to improve overall client satisfaction and service quality.

• Native-level Dutch and fluent English (B2)
• Previous experience in customer support or client service preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, diplomatic, and
