Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a motivated Dutch Customer Success Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity across Greece! This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a dynamic team while providing outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking clients from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible guidance and support in utilizing our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking clients, cultivating strong relationships to enhance their overall experience.
- Assist clients in understanding and effectively using our products and services to achieve their goals.
- Proactively track client satisfaction levels and offer personalized resources for their success.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Work closely with different teams to resolve client issues and implement effective solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry trends to provide meaningful insights to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and verbal) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer success or related fields is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
