Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with account setup, verification, logins, and payments

• Act as a trusted point of contact, particularly for clients in the sports sector
• Foster strong customer relationships through clear and empathetic communication
• Ensure all interactions adhere to company policies and service standards

Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
• Fluent in English (B2 level)
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
• 0-1 year experience in customer support
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow
