Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, fostering relationships to enhance their experience
- Guide clients in utilizing our products and services to achieve their business objectives effectively
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively offer resources to ensure successful outcomes
- Document client interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system for continuous improvement

Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage
- Experience in customer success or similar

- Ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Experience with CRM tools and a good understanding of technology
- A strong dedication to customer satisfaction and achieving results
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support provided
