Dutch Customer Support Opportunity in Porto

What you’ll do
- Respond to incoming inquiries via email and chat with accuracy and care
 - Follow clear procedures to solve issues and escalate more complex situations when needed
 - Meet established service standards and help keep our support team performing at its best
 - Learn and grow through regular training, coaching, and feedback
 
- Previous experience in a contact centre is mandatory
 - Excellent written communication skills
 - Comfortable handling chats and tickets
 - Preferred experience in a service program for any advertising technology company
 - Product support experience is advantageous
 - Familiarity with social media products and basic understanding of digital advertising
 - Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
 - Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate and understand complex customer issues
