Responsibilities
- Answer questions by phone and email.
- Diagnose issues using helpful tools and 60 step‑by‑step processes.
- Use online resources, like You
Tube tutorials, to support customers. - Give updates on orders and delivery.
- Assist with small repairs or direct bigger issues to the right department.
- Give product information and solve complaints in a friendly way.
- Work with 3 support systems/software tools.
- Cross‑selling skills are a bonus.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
- English (B2).
- Great communication skills.
- Interest in tech and home appliances.
- Problem‑solving mindset.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Sales or cross‑selling experience.
