The main purpose of the role is to act as a Subject Matter Expert for Ad
Words campaign optimization for our client’s projects. You will be part of a rapidly growing multilingual
- facing team.

The team will work onsite with internal teams for a leading online multinational company, responding to client leads and supporting the project's success. Extensive training will be provided to develop your skills in a professional, modern,
- paced, and
- driven environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for
  - value advertising customers;
• Create Keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions;
• Gather and analyze data at the account and campaign levels;
• Create reports to support optimization strategies;
• Apply optimization techniques aligned with customer goals across Search, Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and You
  Tube;
• Identify opportunities within accounts to assist sales teams and facilitate discussions with agencies and clients;
• Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental processes and policies;
• Provide excellent customer service to Account Leads;
• Demonstrate innovation and intuition in operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Dutch (C2 or native);
• Experience in digital marketing, client service, or account management;
• Ad
  Words Search fundamentals certification (preferred);
• Experience in a B2B environment and active use of digital applications (Ad
  Words, advertising, etc. );
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and attention to detail skills;
• Strong work ethic, capable of working independently and in teams;
• Technologically savvy, quick to learn and apply new product, process, and policy knowledge;
• A passion for excellence and quality customer service.

Salary and Perks:

• Base salary plus two additional full salaries per year;
• Language Premium Bonus;
• Transportation allowance: €720 gross annually;
• Meal allowance: €7. 63 net per working day via meal card;
• Annual performance bonus: 5% of yearly gross base salary;
• Relocation package: €2000 gross paid with the first salary.
