Responsibilities
In deze functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die ondersteuning nodig hebben bij vragen, processen of problemen. Je communiceert via telefoon, e‑mail en chat, afhankelijk van de behoefte van de klant. Je zorgt voor duidelijke, klantvriendelijke en oplossingsgerichte antwoorden. Daarnaast maak je gebruik van interne systemen om cases correct te registreren, updates te volgen en klanten efficiënt te helpen. Elke interactie die jij verzorgt moet een positieve ervaring achterlaten.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers who need assistance, guidance, or clarification. You will communicate through phone, email, and chat while ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism and empathy. Your goal is to deliver accurate information, resolve concerns quickly, and ensure that each customer feels valued and well supported. You will use internal systems to log cases, track updates, and manage customer interactions in an organized and reliable way.
You will handle a variety of customer situations, ranging from users needing technical assistance to clients looking for general service information. Your calm and solution‑focused approach helps you manage different types of inquiries effectively. Thanks to your fluency in both Dutch and English, you can effortlessly support customers from different regions and adapt your communication style to meet their needs.
Beyond resolving questions, you will also identify recurring issues and provide insights that contribute to service improvements. Your feedback helps enhance processes, reduce customer effort, and strengthen overall satisfaction. You will collaborate with colleagues across different countries and backgrounds, improving your professional communication skills and gaining experience in a multicultural work environment.
