- class service? As a Dutch/Flemish-speaking VIP Concierge in Lisbon, you will be the trusted partner for
- end clients, managing their requests with discretion, efficiency, and style. From luxury dining reservations to bespoke travel arrangements, you’ll provide tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

Your Responsibilities: Manage incoming requests from VIP clients via phone, email, and chat in Dutch/Flemish and English

Coordinate exclusive travel bookings, reservations, and lifestyle services customized to client needs

Provide expert recommendations on fine dining, cultural events, shopping, and luxury experiences

Handle urgent and complex requests with professionalism and confidentiality

Ensure a seamless, personalized customer journey from start to finish

Your Profile: Native-level Dutch/Flemish with at least a B2 level of English; French is a plus

Experience in hospitality, travel, concierge, or luxury customer service

Strong communication skills with a proactive and

Passion for working with international clients and delivering premium experiences

What’s in It for You: Permanent contract with a
- month probation period

Full-time position with 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, on rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM

Annual gross salary of 21, 500 euros paid over 14 months

Quarterly performance bonus

Hybrid work model after three months
