Your Job

Backoffice Support - Join our team and support legal processes behind the scenes — no direct customer contact!

Your Tasks

• Work with lawyers, legal officers, and National Enforcement Bodies (NEBs)
• Review and manage cases where passenger rights may not have been respected
• Handle communications with NEBs in different countries
• Ensure transport operators follow passenger rights regulations
• Help resolve legal matters before they go to court

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken
• Organized and reliable
• Comfortable working with legal and government bodies
• International mindset and teamwork skills
