Cross Border Talents is recruiting a German Marketing Optimization Specialist in Lisbon. Our client is one of the world's leading professional services companies, transforming clients' business, operating, and technology models for the digital era.

The main purpose of the role is to act as a Subject Matter Expert for Ad
Words campaign optimization for our client’s projects. You will be part of a rapidly growing multilingual,
- facing team. The team will work onsite with internal teams for a leading online multinational company to respond to client leads and support project success.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for
   - value advertising customers, create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions.
2. Gather and analyze data at the account and campaign levels.
3. Create reports to support optimization strategies.
4. Use optimization techniques aligned with customer goals across Search, Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and You
   Tube.
5. Identify opportunities in accounts to help sales teams seize opportunities and engage with agencies and clients.
6. Maintain understanding of departmental processes and policies.
7. Provide excellent customer service to Account Leads.
8. Demonstrate innovation in operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Dutch (preferably native).
• Experience in a client service environment (BPO, account management, content moderation, or sales).
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and attention to detail skills.
• Strong work ethic, able to work independently and in a team.
• Technologically savvy with the ability to learn and apply large amounts of product, process, and policy information.
• Passion for excellence and quality customer service.
