What you’ll do

• Process customer orders quickly and accurately ? ✉
• Generate invoices & credit notes following company policies ?
• Apply daily customer payments ?
• Monitor AR aging reports & follow up on overdue invoices ⏰
• Resolve or elevate customer queries ?
• Assist with reconciliations, month/quarter‑end closings, & audits ?
• Keep customer master data updated in ERP ?

Who you are

• Fluent in Dutch and C1 level English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 1+ year in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance Ops.
• Solid accounting knowledge & analytical mindset.
• Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, pivot tables) are a plus.
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or Net
  Suite preferred).
• Detail‑oriented, organized & customer‑focused.
• Nice to have: 2–5 years of experience in AR / O2C / Finance Operations.
