Job Description:

We are looking for a Dutch Quality Specialist to join our team.

As a Quality Specialist in this project, your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing audits via data analysis
• Monitoring CSR's performance daily through call review and evaluation
• Providing feedback to CSRs to improve service quality
• Participating in meetings with supervisors and project leaders
• Reporting script issues and assisting in monitoring programs
• Communicating program changes and CSR actions for performance reviews
• Creating and executing monthly call monitoring plans
• Contributing to the Monthly Quality Report
• Providing feedback to training on issues identified during monitoring
• Acting as a CSR for at least half a day weekly
• Participating in calibration sessions for scoring consistency
• Complying with security policies and procedures

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Native or proficient Dutch (mandatory)
• Advanced English skills (C1/C2)

• Willingness to relocate or be a local candidate in Lisbon
• Availability for initial 2 months at Sete Rios site and hybrid work afterward
• Availability to work 9AM-6PM, Monday to Friday

Education and experience:

• Minimum 12 months as a Quality Analyst, Specialist, or Auditor
• At least one certified or completed professional education
