We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch and have excellent communication skills.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring consumers, delivering solutions and being an active problem solver.

Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor consumers in different fields

- Provide solutions and answers to customer inquiries

- Deliver troubleshooting services for customer queries

Requirements:

- Native level of Dutch and B1 level of English

- Able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

- Enthusiastic and energetic approach to work

- Relocation to Lisbon or already living there
