Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Dutch-speaking potential clients through phone calls and emails to generate leads.
• Present our services effectively and schedule appointments for the sales representatives.
• Follow up with leads to build relationships and confirm appointments.
• Document all interactions and appointments in our CRM system with accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of appointments.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
