Job Opportunity: Dutch-Speaking Back Office Agent (On-Site in North West Germany)

Location: North West Germany (near Dortmund and Düsseldorf)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Relocation Support: 2 months accommodation + up to 250 euro travel reimbursement

Signing Bonus: 3, 000 euro (1, 500 after 3 months + 1, 500 after 6 months)

We are looking for native or fluent Dutch speakers with a bachelor1s degree to join our team working with new AI technologies. This is not a content moderation role; instead, you will work as an AI evaluator, creating and reviewing written prompts and conversation flows that help improve advanced
- based systems.

Requirements

• Native/fluent Dutch + good English (B2 level)
• Bachelor1s degree (required)
• Valid work permit for Germany or EU passport
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Comfortable working
  - site with different types of content
