We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and highly proficient Dutch‑speaking professional to join our international team in Lisbon as a Client Engagement Specialist. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless and superior support for our valued policyholders in the Dutch market. Role in Detail: Customer Experience Champion
As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, utilizing your communication skills via telephone and digital channels to address a broad range of service needs. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, providing policy clarifications, troubleshooting service issues, and guiding customers through claims and billing processes. Your success will hinge on your ability to deliver solutions efficiently while fostering a positive and trustworthy relationship with every client. Core Tasks And Responsibilities- Manage incoming communications from Dutch clients, providing accurate information and professional assistance related to their insurance products. - Analyze customer concerns, execute appropriate resolutions, and strategically elevate complex matters to specialized teams as needed. - Educate clients on the specifics of their insurance plans, ensuring full comprehension of terms and conditions. - Maintain rigorous and

Essential Hiring Criteria- Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency (written and spoken) in Dutch;

Work Structure And Benefits- Location: Lisbon, Portugal. - Work Days: Monday to Friday. - Days Off: Weekends are guaranteed off. - Shift Times: Rotational shifts between 07:30 AM and 08:00 PM.
