What You’ll Be Doing:

Moderate content (text, images, videos) in Dutch, ensuring it aligns with our community standards and complies with legal guidelines.
Protect the online experience by identifying and addressing toxic content, including hate speech, harassment, explicit material, and spam.
Ensure clear and consistent moderation decisions to maintain a positive digital environment.
Collaborate with our global team to tackle complex content issues and contribute to improving our policies and tools.
Stay ahead of new digital trends and challenges in content moderation to continuously improve our processes.
Strive for efficiency and accuracy while meeting set KPIs and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is a must.
Good command of English (for internal communication and training).
Previous content moderation or customer support experience is an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to think critically.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills—you thrive in a remote or hybrid work setup.
Knowledge of online safety practices, community guidelines, and internet security.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
A proactive problem solver with a passion for maintaining a positive online environment.
