Dutch Speaking Content Moderator for a social media leading platform in Lisbon

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Dutch speaking Content Moderator for a project of a leading social media platform in Lisbon, Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Content Moderation for Dutch content.
• Written contact with customers in Dutch, as well as in English.
• Remove and delete inappropriate content.
• Content Management to avoid cyber crime.
• Ensure content corresponds to ethical standards.
• Remove and delete content such as hate messages, cyber bullying, terror, and animal abuse.

Training & Onboarding

The training period is 10 days, 9 hours per day.

• Integration into the Portugal team.
• Training for new computer software programs.
• Comprehensive product training about products and services of the client.
• Customer management training for E‑mail contact.
• On‑the‑job training and independent implementation of training content.
