Responsibilities

• Review and moderate
  - generated content across various platforms in Dutch
• Ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content
• Provide feedback on content trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a
  - quality user experience
• Engage in training sessions to improve moderation techniques and skills
• Fluent in Dutch and possess a good level of English
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team
• Comfortable navigating digital platforms and using moderation tools
• Open-minded and adaptable to new challenges
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and embrace a new cultural experience
• Meal allowance of € 7, 63 per day
